1. The TH5-6 type electron tube is a cermet structure, a thorium carbide cathode, and a forced air-cooled triode. The filament and the grid are coaxial structure, the distributed inductance is low, the maximum operating frequency can reach 110MHz, and the maximum anode dissipation power is 4kw.
