Use and maintenance of industrial heating pipes
1. The original packaging must be used during transportation, and the axis of the electron tube should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. At the same time, the package should be protected from rain, impact, strong vibration, and tumbling.
2. The electron tube should be stored in a place with a temperature of -5 ° C ~ +45 ° C, relative humidity of not more than 80% of dry, clean and non-corrosive volatiles. It is strictly forbidden to invert, lay, roll and hit the box containing the tube. For long-term storage, use a plastic bag with a desiccant package.
3. Prevent foreign matter from contaminating the tube of the electron tube, especially the ceramic part. Metal shall not be scratched on the surface of the ceramic, nor on the surface of the ceramic, so as not to affect the insulation properties of the ceramic.
4. Before installing the electronic tube, check the appearance first to see if there are defects such as ceramic damage and obvious deformation of the metal parts. Then use a three-meter to check whether the filament is in the path. Check the insulation resistance between the poles with a 2500V megger.

Under normal load, if overpressure or overcurrent occurs, the anode pressure and grid pressure can be reduced to 50-80% of the rated value for 30 to 60 minutes.
8. The filament voltage should be added to the rated value. The filament starting current should not exceed 150% of the rated value, and the voltage fluctuation should not exceed 2%.
9. Before the tube is working, it should be preheated for 10 to 20 minutes. If the storage time of the tube is long or the storage and use environment of the tube is relatively humid, the warm-up time should be extended appropriately. At any instant in the operation of the tube, the parameter that reaches the limit of use must not exceed one, and the parameter is not allowed to exceed the limit of use.
