Unpacking inspection of electron tubes
Unpacking inspection of electron tubes
1. Matters needing attention
Operators should wear white gloves and lift the anode flange to access the electron tube. It is not allowed to take the easily damaged parts such as ceramic parts, sealing parts, argon arc welding edges, and the weight of the electron tube can not be carried on these parts, and should be placed on a shelf prepared in advance.
2. Check content
After unpacking, check the appearance first to see if there are ceramic cracks or metal deformations. Then use a 1000V or 2500V megohmmeter to check whether the filament is open and the insulation between the electrodes. The insulation between the poles must meet the requirements specified in the product manual. Those who have AC high voltage equipment should use high voltage, and the withstand voltage between the poles must meet the requirements specified in the product manual.
