The ITK5-1 electron tube is made of a cermet structure, a direct thermal helium-tungsten cathode, and a forced water-cooled triode. The maximum operating frequency is 150MHz, the maximum anode dissipation power is 5kW, and the maximum oscillating power of the anode is up to 13kW. This tube type is mainly used for industrial high-frequency heating and can work under continuous wave and pulse conditions.
It could replace vacuum electron tube YD1162FL in application.
